Interesting question. Why do you think that knowledge management would be any different for the South East Asian region or any specific country therein? Don't you think that most of the basic tenets, concepts, and frameworks that are applicable in other parts of the world are generalizable to this region. My question is motivated by the fact that most of the coverage on this topic in the Indian press is primarily based upon the works of many authors and practitioners based in America, Europe, and Australia. Also, formal research on this and other related topics being conducted in India relates to most of the frameworks, models, concepts, and terminologies discussed here that are representative of such authors and practitioners work.
