Hi Kimmo,
I think it's better to leave the broad classification: "Where do you go when you got a problem related to work?". As a matter of fact it's difficult and maybe impossible to separate trivial or informal conversation from formal or technical discussion. Often an informal discussion turns into serious one, and often the TRUE information are delivered at lunch, rather than during a formal meeting. Just try to dicsover where people go, they're sure to discuss many questions at the same time...
