Hi everybody,
I would like to hear your opinions about social networks and information flow mapping.
One part of the mapping effort is to find out where (from whom) people get help when they have a problem.
How would define these problems? Should one define only one “general” problem, like: “problems with your work” or multiple, more specific problems: “problems with a feature x in product y / Problems with your subordinates.”
I am asking this because people go to different sources when facing different kind of problems.
Regards,
Kimmo Kumpulainen
