Ok, here's the deal. I'm a student and i have to do a project about Knowledge Management.
At the company where i work the want an intranet setup linking to a knowledge database. They want all exployees to put their specific knowledge into that database so that other employees can search that database.
I've done some reading and i dont think that that is a "real" KMS. It's more of a knowledgedatabase. A lot more simple then a KMS i think....
But i need some practical info on designing and setting up a system like this...does anyone have any ideas or tips?
Sorry about my english by the way...it isn't perfect i know :)
