Hi Penny,

Welcome and I have a few questions - what areas of KM are not being answered in these workshops? Also, what kind of approach is your KM group taking regarding the application of Livelink. In other words, what are the expectations of using such a system, and how do you spell out the results, or how do you evaluate the results? I have some ideas about what knowledge is relative to information management, ie what the purpose of KM is as it relates to the dissemination and storage of information, and I'm interested in what real-world approaches are taking place.
