Hi Ponnu,
I totally agree, but as I've said in the previous answer I think the response is a little more complicated and we don't have all the pieces of the puzzle. We don't really know the functions of our brain, and the sources of stress and emotions. Different emotions can lead to different leraning strategies, even if they are all negative emotions. There's a research showing the sadness can increase the risks you take in a project (trying to get over sadness) and therefore increasing creativity and creation of knowledge. This is not to say you should make your people sad to innovate, but the solution of this problem is likely not that easy. You know, organizational studies have always rejected emotions because they thougth they were not connected with the work. The point is, humans are always in some emotive mood, there is no escape from it...
