Hi,
thanks for your reply. I agree, but I also think there's something more complicated in the way emotions are delt. Not all the emotions are equal. For example, is happyness positive because you're relaxed and there is no stress, or is it an obstacle because you're full up, witout motivation and real hunger? There's a study showing the two emotions like anxiety and sadness lead to different learning processes. You take more risks when you're sad because you try to recover the loss that made you feel sad, whereas you're more cautious when you're anxious, so as no to increase the source of your anxiety. The point is, the term emotions is maybe a little ambiguous. I know it can sound a little to abstract, but if it's correct "stress=less creativity and therefore less knowledge" the real problem is "what are the sources of human stress? Are there equals for everybody? Are there always connected to the same emotions? Can even happyness and strong positive emotions become causes of stress? If I look back at my personal experience I think so
