Hi, Riva,
Merry Christmas.
I think the stress can be directly linked to the learning process. I have read books on stress management in which stress can slow down people's reaction and let them make poor decisions. Sometimes, people may not interpret informaiton correctly.
I have seen people experience "information overflow" in the work place. Therefore, many assistant tools like "mind mapping" come to rescure.
