Hi Sameer,
I'm not an expert in statistics, but actually I don't think the concept of knowledge is suitable for statistical analysis. You could do a qualitativ consideartion for the three sections.
In general you could assess the fit between a means of transferring knowledge and the kind of knowledge to be transferred. I'm a strong believer in the fact databases can transfer conceptual knowledge but not manual knowledge and the knowledge of your work fellows (which is important for teamwork). We need research in this field (specially about the knowledge about work fellows, which academics call "transactive memory). If the employees say "Ok, technology is good for theory, but not for practice and for knowing people", you could state this fit, Software for theory, huamn touch for practice and transactive memory. You coul even win a Nobel Price with such certainty, not only improving the understanding of knowledge management practice and theory. The final section is about the consistence between knowledge management strategies human resource management practices. For istance, if the firm arrange a technology to share knowledge and people say it's effective, but systems of evaluation and promotions are individualistic (there is no gainsharing, peer evaluation or 360 degree feedback) you can say without hasitation there is the right technology but the human component to stimulate knowledge sharing is neglected. So the project can be ruined by the lack of the human dimension.
If you need further explanations, I'll be delighted to speak to you again
Regards
