Hi Ponnu,
There are some international KM certification bodies.
-Certified Knowledge Management Professionals Association (www.ckimps.com)
-Knowledge Mangement Benchmarking Association (www.kmba.com)
-GKEC (not sure about the URL)
The real question to ask is that do you want to be certified to gain knowledge OR do you feel that becoming a certified knowledge professional would gain respect & increase motivation for adoption of KM by your team?
If it is just the latter, you would be better served by doing your own reading on KM & attending seminars in your area. (it may also be cheaper!)
With all due respect to you certified people out there, IMHO, KM theory is too nascent & fluid to really benefit from standardized certifications.
