Hi Ponnu,
A practice that has worked for me in these situations (people with negative attitude to KM) is to work with them to understand their context, values and assumptions. Once these are 'on the table' it is far easier to help them see benefits and you can then express KM concepts in terms they know.
Often a negative 'attitude' to KM results from ignorance, a single 'bad' KM project experience, or from some personal conception of value / benefits / leverage. If you know what their issues / concerns / doubts / risk levels and values are, you are already in a stronger position to move forward and evangelize.
