Hi,
I completely accept your views. With my past experience, I am very sure that KM is more of Human, culture and attitude related rather than technology related.
It becomes very very difficult to handle people with negative attitude towards KM and related topics. Suggest any ways of handling them. This is the current problem that i am facing in my organisation.
