Hi,
That is a valid point. But we have done lots and lots of talk regarding the KM. Now I guess, I should comeup with a structure which will make my organisation a powerful KM company.
I have taken the ownership of the KM happenning in the company, so it becomes my responsibility to do the activities.
I also need to know how much will the certification help??? Please give your views.
