Hi Ponnu,
When you say that nothing is happening from your KM team, your problem may be an implementation issue.
Even though basic KM theory is sound, issues like lack of motivation or direction from the team implementing KM in an organization could still be a problem.
Conversely, benefits of KM really accrue over the long term. It is a slow process to convert an organization's culture into a knowledge sharing one.
Maybe the easiest thing you can do is sit down with your team with the rest of the staff & ask them if they are facing any problems implementing KM & ask for suggestions on how to solve them.
sometimes all you need to do is talk.....
