Hi,
You're perfectly right, but my concern is that beyond technology there may be nothing...I mean, what's the theory of knowledge management? I think theory of knowledge is about production and sharing of knowledge. If you forget Intranet and Groupware(I absolutely agree with you they're not enough...)the landscape will get confused. We lack everything. We're not sure about what knowledge actually is, about where, when and how is actually produced...
