Hi,
Is it an empirical or theoretical project? If it's empirical, i'd suggest to try to understand how people intend the meaning of means of communication...It's really misunderstood and crucial for the achievement of all the knowledge management projects...For example, Why and how people in real firms (not in school or universities as usually the academical researches show) use e-mail rather than a phone or Lotus Notes? What do they consider more effective, a work fellow or an Intranet? For what tasks? Another great unanswered question it's the relationship between epistemological assumptions and problem-solving performance. I've been reading through a research showing that if you think knowledge is complex and gradual to acquire you're a better problem-solver...It woul be great to verify this statement in some firms, using statistical measures for instance...
Hope helps...
Regards
