Hi Denham,
This has been my doubt always, like KM community is always talking about the global model and discussions regarding the same. We are never talking about the micro level, like the logistics in making the KM a big success.
We should be starting to talk about that and not again the model. We should be talking at the ground level what is happenning in the organisation and how can it be solved.
