Hi,
I apologise if sometimes my tone was a little too tough. Well, actually KM is not a matter of life or death...Let's make the damned thing a little funnier. I've read in an article about a concerned executive. He was changing his phone number in the firm and asked a consultant: "Is this a KM project?"
Regards to everybody, have a nice weekend (I'll do my best)
