What IS learning, anyway? Is it indistinguishable from the concept of knowledge management? If not, how does it relate to KM?
My take on this is that the learning organization is practising a degree of knowledge management, perhaps because in the final analysis, 'learning' is the desired 'by-product' of KM. Perhaps learning then is another word for 'evolving'.
