I'm afraid there is no online-version, because it's a magazine which claims a subscription, but there's my review in the message "What can an apple learn from an orange? What should real benchmarking be?". The moral is that benchmarking is often superficial, as you can't really understand a company with a short visit. Moreover, why should excellent companies allow these visits, if it was so simple to copy them? You need to experience a company to replicate it, and it's not that easy...
