Hai Jones,

Yeah, it is true that KM theory is not always a reflection of KM practice. In fact, from one point onwards, it is the other way round.

We started with some half-baked theory. Started practicing it. The more enthusiasts have remained as case studies and those who waited just till the right time (not a day more, not a day less) are getting its fruits now.

Don't worry. Even these will become the second batch of victims. But they get less wounds and will be able to overcome it.

You must be aware that "The philosophy of one generation is the common sense of the next one"

We keep learning. Each falling a victim at one point of the time or the other.

Any guess why it so happens?

'Coz,

KNOWLEDGE IS NEVER STATIC

and, it never ceases to be the

DIFFERENTIATING FACTOR!

IT REIGNS.
