First, I've got what I wanted. I wanted to wake up the discussion and It's happening...Maybe even too much. Please, don't become angry, just try to use your brain. I'm not a "new born christian". Actually, if you'd like to know, I'm agnostic. Your final example is absolutely right: theorists, consultants and softwarehouses (not everybody obviously) often come with the crystal ball and destroy companies...I remember the owner of Amstrad saying "Looking at a consultant is like looking your sister-in-law throwing your new Ferrari in a slope". I've just said that the new-grat softawre is not the solution for knowledge sharing. I know there isn't perfection. For example I criticize the concepts of best practices and benchmarking...Wake up!!! We're saying the same damned stuff!!!
