Hai Riva,

Ever heard these:

A little man cast often a long shadow.

When the danger is past, God is cheated.

I am very very glad to find you to be so

confident of what you have known.

And yes, I now understand better, why you have become so skeptic about the success of KM.

Look at the above two Italian quotes. It is those little people like you ("Read your response to know the relevance of this") that cast the long shadow. I am the one who strongly believe that reformations, revolutions, changes, transformations, metamorphoses start at the bottom line and go up. It is not Top-Down, rather it is Bottom-Up.

I have volumes to write about the successes of BPR and the other "managerial fads". But, unfortunately, the only common quality we share is "liking spirited debates".

If you can tolerate my impatient display of proven wisdom, tell me so. We shall really have a series of debates, without getting at our personas.

By the way, I love Italian literature to the core of my heart. I wish I would be a Venisian, and you should know that my mother tongue Telugu is known as "Italian of the East".

We have a lot to share. Let us, if you are willing to.

Are you??

Waiting.......

Adi Babu.

P.S. By the way, a CEO MUST read Plato and then De Bono too!! And out of curiosity, I am asking do you love to look through Venisian blinds?
