Thanks for proposing some help:
What I am looking for is the people organizaton and the incentives to put in place to make sure you support efficiently knowledge sharing.For instance, you may assign a Chief Knowledge Officer for the group, a Knowledge officer per topic of knowledge and per country, some people for technical administration, etc.
As for incentives, you may include them in the business objectives, give compensations, rewards or other.
Is that clearer ?
