Hi Adi Babu, you're not at all wrong, but the real success comes from some kinds of uniqueness. I think we should look into our competitors and decide: "Ok, let's do something different!". Do you know Soutwest Airlines. Well, I know airlines are a damned stuff right now, but before the horrible tragedy it was highly successful because of its unique way to deal with the employees...I can suggest you to read the article (it's quite funny, trust me!!!)
