Hello,
By reading your recent comments I feel a little bit unconfortable to distinguish the notions of KM and Learning Organization. To me , it seems that an organization which , deliberately or not , is engaged in KM could be identified as a Learning one.
Am I wrong? It would be nice if you could explain me the differences,Björn
