Thanks for the reply. You seem to have mentioned some key concepts (creativity, diversity, awareness, sense-making, open book communication, trust) Always interesting to 'talk' to someone who finds current KM a deadend and is looking for new fields.
My interest is knowledge practices in virtual teams such as pattern language, writing source documents, text & visual annealing, collaborative concept mapping, ontologies, inquiry in community, idea generations, building social capital, Boyd or OODA cycles and crafting distinctions. This takes knowledge activities to the next step, it helps groups to leverage their diversity, engage in creative abrasion, deep dialog and discover new landscapes in a spirit of action inquiry and reflection.
Can you say something more about Knowledge Sharing? An important and interesting issue, althou it's quite misunderstood as well. It deals a lot with human resource management, an argument which is nearly totally neglected here please?
