thank you for your help. I think my knowledge about knowledge map is not more than yours.
acturely,i'm facing a paper about it and must finish a software(the applied field is not been decided), i looked for materials in a library,but i found almost nothing,so i think that people has been in different levers using library and every librarians worked in different departments need sharing their knowledge each other in order to help readers.so i choiced the knowledge map in library simplely.and i decide to look for help in internet.that is all.
addition, the article- i can not open that web.
