Hai Riva,
I strongly feel that it should be known to you that words like "strongest, largest, biggest, best, worst, etc., (all adjectives in their superlative form) exist only in theory. What we can practically see is only someone or something "stronger/larger/bigger/better/worse than somebody/something else.
The journey of mankind is with no destination. And what we want to acheive is the "ULTIMATE" one. What we keep doing is to keep bettering what we do today to be MORE BETTER tomorrow. It is only to facilitate this, we decide upon some "benchmarks" which are better than what we have already achieved but certainly worse than what we are aspiring to achieve.
Hence we need "best practices" (Oops! better practices")
Am I wrong??
