Exactly, can we manage that knowledge most probably not, but we can improve the transfer rate or diffusion of the knowledge which resides in that master. We can understand how people learn and modify our techniques to reflect the way people absorb knowledge.
We can also record the results of what we do so we can measure our efforts to achieve improvements.
It has been discovered that people learn from a story much better than statements, this helps us to present case studies in a different way to help students absorb the context.
The risk is we can become too theoretical and lose the value of what we find unless it is utilised outside of discussions and acedemia.
