now here we are, i'll try to give you an answer.
KM is very very old the problem is that probably we don't know that the name was km. I give you a concrete example.When we talk about km we talk about two different words one is knowledge and the other one is management , that means to be able to menage the knowledge inside the company.
but the knowledge is not phisical in untouchable and sometime it follows its own streams.
I'm Italian and in Italy in Venice we have the best Mastri Vetrai in the world the model the glass with the air and produce wonderful vase ,bottle glasses and so forth .. but this work is not easy you have to learn a lot of years in order to get confidence and probably you start learn when you are aroun 14 15 years old. Someone much more olfer than you teach how to do things ,Someone transfer to you his knowledge.This isa a value tha is very important to preserve and to spread away.
