Hello,
After having used the search I found a topic about someone who wanted to know more about the difference between KM in Japan (more team oriented/consensus/long term relations) and Western countries (individualistic/knowledge=power).
http://www.brint.com/wwwboard/messages/11533.html
Now, I am interested in this too! But in Akhil Shahani's reply he/she (sorry, don't know?) was talking about an article on Brint, but I cannot find it.
Can someone please help me with a link? Or just more information?Cheers!
