Hello,
Good question, but the short answer is probably mainly yes and probably yes.
Yes, a lot of what we now call KM is hype, and KM, which has been around a well long time, and has recently been attacked, in the nicest possible way of course, by the IT crowd, will stay with us - hopefully.
Regards,

When this little piggy went to market, and this little piggy stayed at home, when this liitle piggy had roast beef, and this little piggy had none, which lead to this little piggy going "wee wee wee wee" all the way home
Question:
In this context what was:
- The market?
- Time to market?
- Time and place utility?
- Product quality?
- Sustainability?
- Shareholder (pig holder) value?
- Loyalty?
