A HR manager has requested the creation of a company-wide, employee knowledgebase containing profiles of each employee based upon their resume, job description, and an in-depth interview to gather other background information about the employee's work and life experience. I'm wondering if anyone know's where I can find information in the KM literature about such employee profiles, existing instruments or protocols for gathering them, etc. Thanks in advance for any help or direction you might offer.
