What question should I ask to people in a large organization to clarify problems with knowledge flow in this organization and to see employees opinion about some new KM software.
Some of questions would be like -
1.What communications do you prefer in your work: a)e-mail; b)telephone c)face to face d)...
2.Ussually what do you do when you have to know something?
...Please, help with some suggestions!
Thanks!
