Mike,
Well said. There is something going on here in this forum that I hope will get from a tacit to explicit level so we can all experiment with it in our practices. Your post is only the second time while in this forum that my brain has said "that's why we're trying to use the words knowledge and management together".


We need to think about that management overhead and the best practices it consist of. We have built thousands of forums for clients and I believe this issue to be the crux of the outcome variation we have observed. I started a thread
