Hello Yogesh,

That's a very interesting and well thought out response. I agree with Tom that is are some important best practices and role modelling being developed by you - what % of your working time is spent managing this site? It seems to me that a lot of us derive a significant degree of mental satisfaction is discussing and developing the ideas, but how many of us think about the management overhead we're creating? As well as the personal interest there is the practical objective of getting KM to work in our organisations and I think we're all trusting each other [ even though we've not met ] to help in that mission. I suppose that what a purpose creates is the diligence to do certain bits of work regularly and too a high quality. Interest would just encourage sporadic interventions as and when people had the time.
