Greetings from sunny Spain.

It's not KM, it's, as you quite rightly point out, a questioning, issue or problem of listening.

I used to work for a company called Sperry Univac, and we well understood the importance of listening :-) But, if there was ever a time when listening skills are needed it is now, so why is the issue constantly overlooked?

Basically, most of us are lousy listeners, and we are getting worse not better, we can't even hear the message "we must learn to listen". Here are some pointers:
