Thanks a lot... Unfortunately, it is not as useful as I expected, but it also very interesting. I think, that the knowledge-sharing problem is very general, but maybe what I am looking for is the case, when the employees do not want to share there knowledge, they have a resistance. For example: too high pressure for sharing, or job securiity problems.
