The most important and evident application to the concept of intellectual capital is shown in all for-profit enterprise. However, if an institution like an university, which owns "gurus" with several skills an expertise, wants to create an office to help industries in their gurus speciality extent through consultantship and other services, How can this entity measure its intellectual capital before the very operation of the mentioned office?
Any advice will help.
