I think those of us in the project have all identified particular problems that we face on a daily basis and have all agreed that KM could alleviate those problems. I'm starting to think that the problem is not within the group - we're all for KM, after all - but rather with the composition of the group. I am from a business area, but the rest of the group is comprised of IS & T people. I am convinced that we need, at a minimum, representatives from HR, Sales and Marketing, and perhaps all of our other SBUs.
