Hello,
I have a couple of questions that I have been pondering, again:
1. Is knowledge management primarily the on-going development of a joint corporate encyclopedia or of the intentional and cost-effective re-use of know-how?
2. Why is extensive encyclopedic capacity seen as knowledge whereas extensive know-how is so hard to quantify and qualify and is therefore largely ignored?
Any ideas?
Best regards,
Martyn R Jones
