Thanks. It's an interesting statement. IS knowledge management significantly more that intellectual capital? If you really delve into the dynamics of both, what you find is that IC represents a valuation of 'know-how'. It is a tangible, dollar value expression of an intangible asset, an asset that is the direct result of the knowlege management process.

Know-how is the desired end-result of the KM process. The valuation of know-how is the desired end result of the IC process. This is how these two concepts are intertwined, on a theory/practical level.
