Hi,
In general, IT has been, in my opinion, pretty lousy at providing services that have added measurable value or have really addressed business needs.
How do you think that KM could be used to address IT service shortfalls: from listening to what people want and hearing what they say to inspiring new business plans through technology. Strategy pull and technology push, for example.
