Hi,
In general, IT has been, in my opinion, pretty lousy at providing services that have added measurable value or have really addressed business needs.
How do you think that KM could be used to address IT service shortfalls: from hearing to what people want to inspiring new business plans through technology. Strategy pull and technology push, for example.
