Hi,
I guess Knowledge base creation, is not so simple. The architecting of the knowledge that is avaialble in the organisation is really the bottle neck for building.
I feel if I were to design for IS dept. I would make certain ground level modifications, like knowing the systems available in the organisation.
I am interested in know about the ways of architecting the knowledge in the organisation. Hlep in this regard will be appreciated.
Regards,
Ponnu
