Hello,

Here's the question that I have been pondering.

If you were to think about the IT departments and IS organizations that you know of, what key issues (e.g. problem) would you address with IS/IS, and how would you apply KM to try and address those problems?

For example, maybe it is in the area of requirements gathering, what really irritates you about IT in this area, and how could KM be used to solve it?
