Hi Hazma
Votre Anglais est beaucoup plus mieux que ma Francais!
where is the knowledge created, and stored and how is it currently disseminated?
what is the value or potential value to the organisation of each knowledge area?
what kind of knowledge is it (tacit, explicit)?
Once you've got an answer (or an understanding) you can start to plan your strategy. An interesting artical about correct KM strategies for consulting firms can be found in the Harvard Business Review, March-Aril 1999, 'What's your Strategy for Managing Knowledge'
