Very interesting... I am following a different version of ying-yang.
specifically my work is trying to understand how to strike the balance
between organizational sense of purpose embedded in organizational control
or organizational vision and the notions of individual creativity and
self-determination.Reflecting on our previous discussion on definitions... when we make our
tacit assumptions [including definitions] explicit, we often find that
there are lot of 'shared meanings' and overlaps across individual mental
models... kind of... lot of concepts linked into many implicit and
explicit 'definitions'.- Yogesh
