Hello,
Probably my last question was to general. Nobody gave me an anwer.:(
Allright. Some more specific questions.
1)The knowledge, which is in the heads of humans, how do you think this can be best be stored? Do you think of a 'skill-base'? And how do you start with this?
2.)About KM-systems: I think that you can best start with KM in an easy way, like a customer-relation-system, before 'doing everything in one time', like starting with software which integrates a lot together (e.g Lotus Domino). The company might not be ready for all those big chances in once. Do you agree?
3.)Do you know some good customer-relation-software? I have heard of ACT. What is a good type of software which combines different formats (Word, Excell)?
4.)Is someone able to look at last my question, which noone answered (please ;-))
Thanx,
Ruben
